Services

The Weavexx Technical Service Teams are the cornerstone of our value proposition. They complement our unique technology, and through their expertise, are able to gather valuable on-site information to funnel into the vast technical resources that are at their disposal. Each region has a set of individuals with varying specialties that are committed to working with the mill production personnel to optimize machine operations.

In addition to the Regional Sales/Service teams, Weavexx has a group of 'Tissue Specialists' who complement the local support. These individuals all have a substantial tissue background and serve to meet the special needs of tissue makers.

Weavexx customers will ensure optimum technical support through the implementation of the Service Agreement System (SAS). Each regional team will work with each mill to develop the exact service requirements each mill requires. In addition, all team players are clearly identified with primary responders and emergency contact information. The SAS form will also document the precise timetables for each service task required.
