TRIOROLL
Metal Segment Rolls with Adjustable End Segments
The TRIOROLL-S is a
tripartite guide roll with
steel segments for use
in super calenders.
The individual segments
are supported by a
patented ball bearing
device to provide easy
running of roll.
There are only very small
temperature differences
over the whole roll surface
which results in a uniform,
smooth paper sheet
surface. The end segments can be adjusted up
to approximately ± 20 mm
according to roll size.
Regreasing is not necessary. Grease leakage is impossible.
CC Segment Rolls with Adjustable End Segments
TRIOROLL-C is manufactured of CC-material to reduce weight and power requirement of this roll, resulting in smoother running and lower vibration level.
TRIO-ONE
TRIO-ONE is also made of CC-material and covered with rubber. The surface is closed without any segment gaps.
