Adjustable Bow
VARIBOW rolls with rubber covers or steel shells allow the operator to adapt the bow to the requirements of the web material to be stretched or separated according to the respective machine position.

Adjustable Bow: The bow is gradually adjustable up to a predetermined max. bow.

In smaller roll sizes, bow height is adjusted mechanically. VARIBOW rolls with larger diameters are adjusted with a hydraulic hand pump.

Options:

• Remote display of the bow (analog or digital).
• Remote adjustment of the bow.

Compact-VARIBOW

The compact VARIBOW roll is used when a flange-type roll is needed or when space is limited. This type of roll has a hydraulic cylinder between roll body and swivel-type gear or end bearing.
