Bin Piler Roll

Caustic Saturator
The caustic saturator is used to immerse the web into the caustic chemical solution.

Peroxide Saturator
The peroxide saturator roll immerses the web into the chemical treatment solution.

The successful cover has excellent peroxide resistance to prevent roll cover hardening and surface cracking.

Exit Squeeze Peroxide Washer
The exit squeeze peroxide washer roll applies pressure in the nip to extract peroxide and other chemicals from the web.

High-performance covers have excellent chemical resistance to peroxide concentrations which can cause roll cover hardening and surface cracking.

J-Box Plaiter Roll
The pull roll is used to pull the cloth web from the J-Bin.

Excellent coefficient of friction of the roll cover prevents unnecessary wear caused by slippage.
