The following will give you a brief overview of the Huyck.Wangner Dryer Fabric product line.

HUYSPEED CL/XL/GT:
The Huyspeed dryers are woven Polyester dryers, available in a wide range of permeability levels. Huyspeed CL dryers are made of conventional Polyester, which covers positions with average requirements. Permeability ranges from 200 to 500 cfm. The Huyspeed XL generation fabrics are constructed for hydrolysis prone positions. The upgraded Polyester yarns offer a high hydrolysis resistance together with good wear-and contamination resistance. Permeability range is 80 to 900 cfm. For fast machines where sheet transfer is the highest priority (no draw positions), Huyspeed GT is the right answer! A unique smooth paper side surface is reached by a patented calandering process of the fabric. Huyspeed GT is available in a permeability range from 80 to 300 cfm.
HUYLIFE:
Huylife dryer fabrics were developed for dryer positions with high requirements regarding wear, especially on after-coater positions. Substantial life improvements due to reduced fabric wear can be achieved. To reach these benefits, a combination of different polymer yarns is used. Permeability levels 100 to 250 cfm.
