The following will give you a brief overview of the Huyck.Wangner Tissue felt product line.

HUYREKA: (endless) The Huyreka product family consists of laminated tissue felt designs (1+1) which provide a competitive machine performance on all Tissue machine types and for all Tissue grades. These very fine laminates are constructed with a light and marking free top base fabric covering a different bottom base fabric, which is constructed with all plied monofilaments or a combination of plied monofilaments with multifilament yarns. The Huyreka felt weight ranges from 1100 gsm to 1400 gsm. Huyreka felts can be seen as the standard product for Tissue machines.

EXPANDER: (endless) The Expander felt design is a special double base fabric where an elastic yarn generation was introduced to reach good machine performance plus stable runnability with very uniform moisture profiles. The Expander felt weight ranges from 1250 gsm to 1400 gsm.

HUYSPEED: (endless) Huyspeed is the latest development of Huyck.Wangner for high speed Tissue machines. Huyspeed is a unique double base fabric design which is produced with a multiharness weaving technology in combination with an in-house developed new Coaxial yarn generation. The base fabric parameters optimised for Tissue machines lead to an immediate start up and, a very high drainage on the suctions press, which results in a high production speed with low energy consumption. Huyspeed - uses energy to its best effect!

SEAMEXX TX: (endless) The patented Seamexx TX Tissue seam felt design is a double layer seam felt with plied monofilaments in CMD direction. Improved batt anchorage and low void volume is achieved by the base fabric construction, which is essential to succeed on very demanding Tissue felt positions for seam felts. Successful runs on fast Tissue machines (up to 1600 m/min) and Crescent former positions confirm that Huyck.Wangner has set another milestone for the Tissue Industry.
