HUYLIFE: Huylife dryer fabrics were developed for dryer positions with high requirements regarding wear, especially on after-coater positions. Substantial life improvements due to reduced fabric wear can be achieved. To reach these benefits, a combination of different polymer yarns is used. Permeability levels 100 to 250 cfm. High Performance Dryer Fabrics Blue Maxx dryer fabric designs are specifically engineered for high speed, lightweight, newsprint, and high quality printing and writing grades where high contact and improved heat transfer are critical. This rugged design, due to the large machine direction yarn and 100% monofilament construction, is ideal for Unirun and conventional sections. Blue Maxx HP dryer fabric designs are specifically engineered for high speed, lightweight, newsprint, and high quality printing and writing grades where high contact and improved heat transfer are critical. This rugged design, due to the large machine direction yarn and 100% monofilament construction, is ideal for conventional sections. Blue Maxx SS dryer fabric designs are specifically engineered for high speed Unirun and single tier applications where surface smoothness and thin caliper are prime concerns. This design has an extraordinarily smooth surface that eliminates sheet mark. The unique weave provides a neutral line very close to the sheet side to eliminate the speed and distance differentials between the fabric and sheet. The EXXTREME 2 SS designs are ideal for machines with positions where resistance to hydrolysis is necessary to prolong fabric life. The EXXTREME 2 SS designs are woven with a combination of large machine direction flat yarns made from PPS “Ryton” and specially engineered hydrolysis resistant monofilament. This combination provides a cost-effective solution to containerboard, newsprint and heavyweight fine paper machines where smoothness can be an issue. The EXXTREME 2 SS designs are significantly more durable and abrasion resistant than 100% PPS products. The Ultracoil design is ideal for medium to heavyweight sheets where fabric contamination is a concern. In addition, the 100% spiral construction eliminates the need for a conventional seam. This design is also very durable and has excellent resistance to distortion.
